Lloyd McAdams is also the Co-Founder and a Director of Pacific Income Advisers.
Previously, he has been the President of Security Pacific Investment Managers, Inc, Senior Vice President of Trust Company of the West, an Investment Officer with the State of Tennessee and CEO of Anworth Mortgage, a mortgage REIT listed on the NYSE.
Mr. McAdams has served as a board member of the California Public Employees Retirement System (CALPERS). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and received a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.

Steven Koomar was our Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was the Co-Founder of NiGial, Inc., which designs and implements risk-managed investment solutions for insurance and pension clients, the Co-Founder of RMBS Recovery Partners LLC, a Managing Director of Treesdale Partners, and a Managing Director and Global Bond Portfolio Manager at Prudential Investment Management. Between 1986 and 1999, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York and Tokyo where his duties included bond trading and futures sales.
Mr. Koomar holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.

Joseph E. McAdams Mr. McAdams is a Senior Vice President of PIA. He has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Anworth Mortgage, a NYSE listed mortgage REIT. Prior to joining PIA, Mr. McAdams was a MBS trader and research analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp in New York. Mr. McAdams holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. McAdams is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.

Heather U. Baines is the Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board of PIA and was Chief Executive Officer from 1987 to 2016. She was an Executive Vice President of Anworth since 1987 until its recent merger. Ms. Baines holds a B.A. degree from Antioch College.

Also serving as an adviser to the Company is our Farm Manager, Bruce Huber. Raised on a dairy farm, Mr. Huber earned a BS Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois. After starting his career with Farm Credit Services in 1984, Mr. Huber entered the field of Farm Management in 1988 with Union Planters Bank. Mr. Huber and co-founder James Schroder purchased the Agricultural Services Division from Union Planters Bank in 2001 and joined Hickory Point Bank as Vice President of Agricultural Services. Mr. Huber is an Accredited Farm Manager, Rural Appraiser, Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker. He is also the past President of the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
